CEO & President
Michael Carter has more than 30 years of experience in the technology industry that includes leading companies that serve the military and defense, aerospace, industrial controls, factory automation, security, software, telecommunications, and wireless industries. At IXI, he is responsible for leading the team by creating business strategies and assisting with their implementation.
Michael’s previous experience includes having full P&L responsibility at AMSI as COO and President, RED Digital as COO, Staco Systems as President, Comtel Electronics as COO and President, and ACT Manufacturing as General Manager. Michael also served as an elected member of the Oak Grove School District in San Jose, CA.
Michael graduated from Chapman University with a BS in electronics and also studied systems management at the graduate level at the University of Southern California. He served as keynote speaker at the Association for Corporate Growth, has authored numerous articles for trade publications, and is member of IEEE, ASPC, ASQC, AFCEA, AUVSI, Navy League of the United States and NDIA.
Chief Financial Officer
Todd Bell has more than 15 years of experience in the areas of credit and financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, commercial banking, financial management and administration, lean manufacturing, contract administration, cash flow analysis, financial restructuring, financial statements, and managerial and cost accounting. He is responsible for improving operations, impacting business growth and maximizing profits through the use of finance management, cost reductions, internal controls, and productivity/efficiency improvements.
Todd’s previous experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at AMSI and SOS Metals, Inc.; Vice President, Finance and Administration at Acromil Corporation; and Vice President, Senior Commercial Loan Officer at The Bank of Hemet. His achievements include generating more than $450,000 in annual savings by renegotiating a workers’ comp package and removing a PEO group, and reducing medical benefits costs by 16% while increasing overall participation.
Todd graduated from the University of California at Riverside, earning a BS in economics and political science. His continuing education includes courses in manufacturing concepts and related training in lean manufacturing and activity-based costing.
Engineering Manager/Quality Manager
Denes Molnar has more than 17 years of engineering experience that includes designing, authoring, testing, and supporting software and documentation for data I/O conversion, NTDS, ATDS and IRIG-B product lines and turnkey systems. His responsibilities include managing a multi-disciplinary engineering design and support team and multiple projects, assisting as required as a system or software engineer; generating requirements for new product lines and mentoring less experienced personnel; and ensuring the registered ISO9001 quality system exceeds the standard and is properly maintained and evolving.
Denes’ previous experience includes serving as a Software Engineer at IXI. He was also a Firmware Engineer at CQOS, and a Software Engineer and Software Engineering Manager at Signatec.
An Eagle Scout, Denes graduated from California State University Northridge with a BS in computer science. He is certified in Unmanned Aircraft System Fundamentals from Unmanned Vehicle University.
Purchasing and Materials Manager
Debbie Anderson has more than 30 years of experience in the areas of materials management, purchasing, planning and ERP system implementation. She is responsible for excess inventory management; subcontract manufacturer programs; and managing the procurement of materials and finished goods through the use of forecasting, supplier agreements, negotiating and executing cost reduction programs, and other methods as appropriate.
Debbie’s previous experience includes serving as Materials Manager at Sabtech; Purchasing Manager at IntraOp Medical Corporation, Touchstone Technical Sales and Omneon VideoNetworks; and Director of Operations at Ironport Systems. She is an ISO team leader and auditor with excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.
Debbie is certified in Material Requirements Planning and has completed seminars in Interactive Performance Systems and Problem Solving for Managers. She is a member of APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society) and the National Association of Professional Women.
