Many technology companies focus their customer interactions on the sales process, and charge high fees if after-sale support is required. Not IXI. We consider customer support to be part of our service, so during the warranty period and frequently thereafter, customers incur no fee or a nominal fee for services.
We respond to most support queries within 24 hours; if customers have a problem with an application, our engineers will troubleshoot it and rewrite code if necessary.
